WAVE-to for Windows is a sample conversion and viewing package with support for MIDI Sample Dump it is intended to enable synthesiser and sampler users to utilise samples from a wide variety of sources.

WAVE-to for Windows will convert to and from most common sample formats, including Windows WAV files, Sample Vision (SMP), Amiga / Apple (AIFF) and SoundBlaster (VOC) files.

Used with a MIDI-equipped PC, samples can be dumped directly to a Synthesiser or Sampler using the MIDI Sample Dump protocol, or saved to disk as a .SDS file which can be interpreted by a Sequencer as a SYSEX message.

This program will be of particular interest to owners of Yamaha SY85 synthesisers who don't have MIDI capabilities on their PC's, as it will read and write SY85 format waveform files.
