Monitors and protects your sound files. Corrupt sound files can
only be salvaged if Wave Safe has previously protected them.
Using Wave Safe is very simple. You protect your sound files as
soon as possible after they have been created. You can then check
them at any time, most commonly after a restore from backup, after
a power failure or accidental re -boot, or after they have been taken
out of archive.
Wave Safe can also been used to monitor the effects of jitter in
CD-R/CD-ROM devices. Although the situation is improving, some CD-ROM
devices have in the past had problems accessing CD-Rs created by some
CD-R burning devices.
