SpinDelay is an audio processing plugin for both Steinberg's VST and Microsoft's DirectX plug-in formats. It can produce a wide range of tap delay based effects with a spacious, 3D like sound. It offers two stereo taps with controllable delay time, feedback, 3D panning position, which allows you to separate delays in a stereo image, input lowpass filter cutoff, phase inverse mode, conversional output pan and volume. SpinDelay is designed so that its two stereo delay lines can be connected to each other, which gives you a way to make up configurations that can produce effects such as multiple and cross-feedback delays.
To make it easier to use SpinDelay, two useful features have been included: Tempo based delay calculator and linking delays by specified ratio. The Delay calculator allows you to set the delay of every tap by specifying a tempo value in Beats-Per-Minute(BPM) and a ratio to one bar time. The second feature allows you to "link" delays at a predefined ratio that may be 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, 1, 2, 3, 4.
A less expensive Lite version is also available. It is especially designed for those who don't need all the power and flexibility of SpinDelay Pro. It comes with 10 presets that can be used as start points for further tuning and which cover most of delay effects that SpinDelay Lite can produce.
