SoundVQ Player and Plug-in are used to play data which has been compressed by SoundVQ Encoder or another VQF encoder. SoundVQ uses TwinVQ (technology developed by NTT) to realize a high compression rate of 1/20 while hardly damaging the sound quality.

The player accepts VQF, VQL and VQE files for playback.
