SoundVQ Encoder compresses audio data by using TwinVQ technology (developed by NTT) which enables compression without damaging the quality of the sound and with a high compression rate of 1/20 of the original.
The encoder accepts AIFF, PCM and WAV files for the source audio and outputs VQF files.
