Sound Software Spectrograph is a small utility that displays a frequency/amplitude graph of sound in real-time from the microphone or line-in.
A spectrogram or voiceprint, is a picture in which:
- The brightness of a position represents the amplitude of a frequency component
- The vertical axis represents frequency of sound
- The horizontal axis represents time

- Selectable brightness, maximum frequency, scroll speed, resolution and palette color scheme
