Slow Speed CD Transcriber allows you to change the playback speed
of an audio CD in real-time without changing the pitch. It accomplishes
this by reading the music digitally from your CD. This requires an
IDE CD-ROM drive capable of reading digital audio (Roni Music also
makes the Musician's CD Player
which is a step down in features, but will work with all CD-ROM
units).
The program makes it easier to transcribe and record music
directly from your computer's CD player. It can repeat any
section of the music at full speed or at a lower speed by stretching
the length of the music - anywhere from -50 percent (speeds it up)
to 400 percent (slows it down) - without changing the original
pitch. It can also fine tune the music or change the key in
semitones.
Features
- Reads the music digitaly from your CD - no time wasted for recording or processing.
- Slow down the speed of the music - between 1% and 400% time-stretching without changing the pitch.
- Speed up the music - up to double speed.
- Change the pitch in semi-tones (key) - at full or lower speed.
- Adjust the pitch in cents (fine tune).
- Great sound quality.
- Real-time processing - all processing is in real-time.
- Remote control with your TV, VCR, CD or Stereo (extra hardware needed).
