This program can be fun to play with, allowing you to adjust the pitch, speed, and some audio filtering parameters. It is able to quickly load PCM wave files of any sample rate, 8 or 16 bits, stereo or mono.

Like many previous attempts at creating "digital scratching", this program fails miserably. In fact, I'd say the scratch feature is not worth the amount of screen space it's disc interface takes up.

Overall, the program is fun to play with but doesn't go much further than being a simple toy.
