ReadPlease 2000 attempts to shatter the myth that computers must sound robotic and monotonous. It uses the Microsoft Text-to-Speech Engine v4.0 to generate its output. The program will read any text file or Rich Text Format file from the Net.

ReadPlease 2000 can not save the speech output to an audio file (such as WAV). If you want to save the output, you'll have to use an audio capture program such as Total Recorder.
