<p>M-Audio, a leading provider of creative tools for computer-centric musicians, has announced the limited availability of the GForce Future Retro Pack collection of GForce virtual instruments. This is a limited-edition collection that is only available approximately through the holidays at a bundle price of $449.95, discounted from the regular price of $520.</p>
<p>The GForce Future Retro Pack combines all four of GForce’s emulations of vintage keyboards in one package. These software instruments—Minimonsta:Melohman, The Oddity, impOSCar and M-Tron—bring back the sounds that defined an era—the Minimoog, ARP Odyssey, Oxford OSCAR and Mellotron, respectively.* In addition to being authentic in sound and function, these incredible emulations have the advantage of modern features like memory, additional modulation and new performance modes the original designers never dreamed of. They can be used alone or with most popular host software. Compatibility includes VST 2.0 (Mac/PC including VSTi), RTAS (Mac/PC) and Audio Units (Mac).</p>
<p><strong>M-Tron. </strong>The M-Tron is a recreation of the classic Mellotron popularized by artists such as The Beatles, Yes, David Bowie, Led Zeppelin, King Crimson and The Moody Blues. It comes with over 2.5GB of real Mellotron samples including strings, choir, flutes, brass, and more. Enhancements include polyphony, programmability, morphing, additional LFO and ADSR, and delay.
