MPEG-4 Studio is a simple MPEG-4 encoder with AAC, LPC (CELP) and PAR support. It can use a 44.1 KHz, 16-bit, stereo WAV file for it's audio source and can output AAC raw files or MP4 MPEG-4 ISO Reference files. 32 to 128 kbits/s per channel is supported.

This program is based on ISO Reference source code, provided in the course of developement of the MPEG-2 NBC/MPEG-4 Audio Standard ISO/IEC 13818-7, 14496-1, 2 and 3.
