MIDI Studio is a MIDI player/sequencer. It uses a staff to work with music files, so it is suitable for someone who has some musical theory background, or who wants to learn something about musical theory. MIDI Studio will work with any MIDI device supporting Windows Multimedia Extensions. This includes Sound Blaster, Adlib, and Roland MPU-401 type of devices, including the MT-32, LAPC, SCC-1 family of devices.
