MbooM is a unique MIDI sequencer that combines pattern based song arranging and linear song arranging with an integrated audio sampler. This combination is meant to provide real-time song creation and arranging. It uses a non-standard Windows-style interface in attempt to releive the user of the overwelming number of options available in most sequencers.
MbooM's structure is completely oriented towards music-making; with direct input fields, no window management and no tedious scrolling. It attempts to offer the right options at the right moment without unnecessary overhead for the user. Where there is a choice to make, musically relevant options are clearly laid out, where modifications are possible, MbooM offers them, instantly at hand.
