Little Drummer Boy (LDB) is used for creating drumloops. It is not a drum machine simulator, it is not a realtime program, and it does not have sync or MIDI support.
It's used to combine WAV samples (stereo or mono, any sample rate) and Stomper sounds into one output sample, with processing (distortion, decay, stereo spread, resonant filtering, with full parameteric morphing based on accent levels), pitching (with glide, so you can simulate 303 or other old-school synths if you like). The final output is intended to be used as a "loop" which can then be imported and used in other music sequencing software.
