GuitarTrainer is a training tool for learning how to play the guitar from sheet music.
Features
- Comes with animated tutorials that explains the placement of notes on the fretboard.
- Provides a drilling function to train the user to intuitively know the location of notes on the first 13 frets.
- Displays the "major" and "minor" scale patterns on the fretboard and facilitates the learner to memorise them. They can be moved up and down the fretboard by changing the scale key, therefore improving the learning experience.
- Comes with a scoring function to track learning progress and to compare learner progress against each other.
- Has a "freeplay" mode that allows the learner to play melodies using a simulated guitar fretboard as input device.

There are two versions of the demo. The complete version contains the animated tutorials while the lite version excludes these to result in a much smaller file size. The tutorials can be downloaded and installed later, should you decide to register.
