- Completely reprogrammed for MacOS, Windows (95/98/NT/2000) and now also for BeOS.
- Improved interface controls - improved and new functions like group, all, empty, new display, 8 new extra-fluid VU meters, new pop-up and controllers, enhanced 40% BPM shifting, customizable skins and more.
- Enhanced real time performances - all functions work in real-time without ever stopping the music flow. This also includes opening loops, importing, resyncing, swapping, etc. Even recording/looping from external source in real time is now possible.
- Composition becomes easier - now has the groove sequencer built-into its main interface making the process of marking, editing and sequencing grooves easier.
- Mix and match virtually any imported audio - any loop (including MP3) can now be imported, and resynced in a snap. Loop-import from a sampling CD is a breeze like mixing material among various libraries. And, there's no limitation on the number of loops you can now import.
- Wide range of import/export formats - now import and remix wav, aiff, MP3, QDesign, SWA and many other formats (IMA, uLaw, aLaw, etc.) at all the frequencies (8-48) and bit rates (8-32). Export now includes QDesign format (the only net-streamable format which offers 44Khz quality over standard modem). Fully QuickTime 4 compatible.
- Superior new sound contents - Together with a re-mastered version of the Dancity collection, now includes the new Magnetic loop library: a multi-genres collection of Techno, Trance, House and Drum 'n' Bass for 750 loops included with the standard version.
- Multilanguage support - english, german, french, spanish, italian and japanese manual, help and tutorial. Includes printed manual.
Version 1.2 - 8/1/99
- Now plays libraries of ANY style (not only dance music libraries). Categories of loops can be of any kind. A whole range of new libraries will take immediate advantage of this improvment.
- Now plays only 44 KHz, 16-bit files for higher quality.
- Grooves, sequences and v-mixes can now be freely named by the user (they arent' saved and numbered automatically anymore).
- Updated Song Menu window
- NET button shows the list of available libraries and song and allows audio preview directly from the NET.
- Transfer button on the NET side launches the web Registered users download area where a demo of the libraries can be freely downloaded.
- Now shows the cover of the libraries and more information about them.
- Updated GrooveMaker window
- New keep button. Keep function is now accessible using the button. It keeps loop locked in the groove avoiding them to change during randomization.
- New sync button. Sync function is now accessible using the button.
- Marked groove can now be saved and freely named by the user.
- Restyled buttons (bigger volume and pan) for better usability. Same for the synth volume and pan.
- Updated Sequencer window
- Sequences can now be saved and freely named by the user.
- Updated V-Mix window
- V-Mix set can now be saved and freely named by the user.
- New Radio button. When it's on it produces a new v-mix set at the end of the current one. The results is like a "radio" program where you have an infinite sequence of always different songs.
