Dream Station is music synthesizer and tracker software combined into one interface with MIDI support. It provides a virtual analog synth, wavetable synth, sequencer, mixer and effect processors.
Dream Station can produce a wide range of synthesized sounds, from the old classical analog instrument sounds to new and exciting sonic textures never heard before.
Features
- Versatile synthesizer module with 96 oscillators and 32 voices
- 32 track step-time sequencer
- Up to 3 oscillators can be used for each voice, where every oscillator is generating sine/ triangle/ sawtooth/ pulse (OSC2&3 square) or noise waveforms
- Linear frequency modulation, ring modulation and hard synchronization are available between OSC1&2
- Traditional waveforms can be replaced with 16-bit mono samples, and used as the ring and frequency modulation source
- Multimode filtering architecture for eliminating/exciting specified frequencies with 2 pole lowpass/bandpass/highpass and 4 pole lowpass with resonance attenuation and formant filtering
- 3 ADSR envelope generators (one for the amplifier, filter and user defined EG for general purpose)
- An LFO
- Vibrato and Portamento for modulation.
- Up to 2 commands can be assigned to each note
- External MIDI clock synchronization support
- Comes with its own virtual MIDI port, so you can use the synthesizer with your favorite MIDI sequencer
- Dual stereo effects processing provides delay (mono/stereo/spatial/ping-pong), chorus (single/dual voice, mono/stereo), phaser (mono/spatial), flanger (mono/stereo), and reverb (room/hall/plate)
- Mixing console provides 8 stereo channels, each allows the grouping of any number of instruments, control over pan/volume and individual sends to the effect blocks
- 44.1 kHz, 16-bit, stereo output
