cdXtract is a program the author wrote in a few days mostly for himself. It ended up not being too terrible, so he decided to release it as freeware. It works under Windows 9x, and should work under NT if ASPI is installed.

• Hitachi 16x ATAPI

Any SCSI-3/Plextor/Sony/ATAPI drive made recently should also work.
