Building Blocks is a modular, multi-functional MIDI environment. It provides a workspace, basic modules and the functionality to connect them together into musically interesting structures, that work in real-time.

Building Blocks allows you to build almost any musical MIDI application you can think of, including, but not limited to: controller remapping, arpeggiators, LFO's, echoes, autochords, weird effects, note and drum patterns. It can process a multitude of actions and output in real-time, without noticeable delays. And, every output that Building Blocks produces can be recorded and saved as standard MIDI files so you can load the data in your sequencer and edit them further.
