Buffer is a free VST plugin synth and works to process audio. Like a cross between a wave-table synthesizer and GRM Tools' Freeze plugin.

Please read the manual, there's a couple of things the plugin can do that you won't be able to work out from just playing with the gui. (You can probably tell, but Tomasz also did the gui for this one)

Note: If you're running a Matrox G550 graphics card, be sure to make sure 'Use Bus Mastering' is turned on, otherwise the plugin's gui will be unbearably slow.
