Audiotools allows you to record directly from your media, perform several processes on the sound recording and write the results straight to disk. This is far more time efficient and convenient than using traditional sample
editing software because it is designed for recording and processing large recordings as fast as possible, avoiding the usual temporary and undo data disk writes. It can also process pre-recorded WAV files. When working straight from a sound card there can be Performance Issues on slower machines, but no such issues exist on processing WAV files.
Support for custom skins and plugins for further audio processing and file support including an MP3 encoder, de-noiser, and more.
