AnalogX SimpleServer:Shout is a streaming audio server, just like RealAudio or other servers except it uses Shoutcast-compatible streaming MP3's which can be played in Sonique, WinAmp, Windows MediaPlayer, or anything else that will play Shoutcast streams.
In order to operate an MP3 streaming server, you'll need to set up an audio source - you can find out detailed information plus the tools you'll need to set everything up at www.shoutcast.com/download/broadcast.phtml.
