AnalogX Audio Arpeggiator is very similar to it's MIDI counterpart - you control
whether or not a sound is being played, and create a rhythmic pattern with these
mutes/unmutes. Unlike your normal MIDI arpeggiator, Audio Arpeggiator also allows
you to control the volume level of each of the mute/unmute stages, which allows you
to make much more subtle, and interesting patterns. Each channel can be delayed by
up to 1 second and can have it's tempo set independently; this opens up a whole new
world in stereo arpeggiation. Audio Arpeggiator is super-fast so it doesn't use up
valuable CPU cycles.
The cross-fade slider can also be used to smooth transitions from one level to another, helping to eliminate clicks and pops from quick volume changes and cut-offs. It can also be used to create a 'softer' sound, by setting the value high (+50%).
AnalogX Audio Arpeggiator supports mono or stereo sound streams as well as 16- and
32-bit data types.
