Albino is a plug-in VST and AU synthesizer. The famed Dutch sound designer Rob Papen not only dreamed up the Albino, he also provided more than 1400 fresh presets that cover all type of sounds for today's contemporary music. Papen had earlier provided presets for the Emu Orbit-3 and Access Virus. Albino includes an up to 32 step rhythm arpeggiator with several modes including: up, down, up/down, down/up, as played, random mode and a chord and modulation mode. It can be retriggered, it can swing with your music and you can mix its step velocity values with the velocity you played the chord. Your own creations can be save or copy/pasted to other presets. Many of the new presets make use of the Arpeggiator and the possibilities are literary endless. The Albino comes with a several modules. Three types of oscillators are available: Digital, Analog, and Noise. Also included are two separate stereo filter modules with two filter types: Silk and Cream, as well as four versatile LFOs and eight envelopes, the unique LinPlug Modulation Matrix. Finally, the Albino includes a sophisticated effects section consisting of two independent stereo effects units, each containing eight effects processors. All this features numerous modulation capabilities. Features
